Priority #1 Rigorous Instruction
To gain coherence and improve teacher practice across content areas in Pre-K – 5 in the area of Discourse.
Desired Accomplishment (FOCUS): What do I hope for?
 Teacher will be able to plan and deliver open-ended tasks that will cognitively challenge students through an inquiry-based model.
 Students will be able to persevere collaboratively through tasks/ stations/centers.
 Students will be able to provide meaningful feedback to peers
CEP Connection
By June 2019, 100% of teachers will demonstrate evidence of Effective and Highly Effective practices in 3b – Questioning and Discussions as measured by the ADVANCE rating system.
By June 2019, 100% of teachers will show Effective/Highly Effective practices in Domain 1: Planning and Preparation of the Danielson Framework after the administration has provided ongoing feedback on planning through weekly Common Planning Time as measured by ADVANCE rating system.
Priority #2 Supportive Environment
To cultivate essential life skills including awareness of one’s own emotions, fostering respect and care for others, establishing strong relationships, making ethical and responsible decisions, and handling adversity constructively.

 All members of the school community will be able to recognize, understand, label, express and regulate their emotions.
CEP Connection
By June 2019, there will be a 15% reduction in Level 3 and 4 incidents in comparison to last year as measured by incident data in the Online Occurrence Reporting System.
