We are happy to share that we will be continuing our partnership with Commonpoint Queens, which will provide opportunities for our students (K-5 ONLY) to attend the Samuel Field YMCA for aftercare services.
Program Director, Daniella DiGiacomo has offered a special transportation price for P.S. 133 families, providing them with a 50% discount from the regular fee.
Students participating in the program, will report to the Auditorium after school, where they will remain supervised until the bus arrives, and students board, supervised by counselors to the afterschool site.
A normal day looks like the following:
3-4 pm : Homework & Snack time
4-5 pm : Activity
5-6 pm : Activity
6-6:30pm : Clean up/pack up
Please see the attached files for enrollment information and more information regarding programs offered. This school year sign language, edible art, resin art, baseball at our batting cages across the street, play therapy, science lab, robotics, and many more will be added to the program.
